Sarah is one of the most accomplished wrestlers on the US roster, having claimed medals at every major championship, all the way up to the Olympic level. Her Games success came in 2021 in Tokyo, when she secured a bronze medal by defeating 2018 World Championships bronze medalist, Oksana Livach of Ukraine.
Two months later, Sarah claimed a 50kg silver medal at the World Championships held in Oslo, Norway. This added to the 53kg silver she has earned at that event in 2018. She also has two World Championships bronzes, both at 50kg, from 2022 and 2023. Not to be overlooked are the 2019 Pan Am Games gold medal (53kg) and the seven Pan Am Championships victories (55kg – ’13, ’15, ’18, ’19; 50kg – ’21, ’22, ’23).
