Molly made her first Olympic appearance at the Tokyo 2020 Games, at which she placed fifth in the lightweight double sculls. That same year, she and her sculls partner, Michelle Sechser (non-NYAC), were awarded USRowing’s Ernestine Bayer Award, presented in recognition of outstanding contributions to women’s rowing and/or to an outstanding woman in rowing.
The following year (2022; the Tokyo 2020 Games were held in 2021), Molly earned a silver medal in the same boat at the World Championships, while also claiming the prestigious Stonor Challenge Trophy at the Henley Royal Regatta.
