Alex made his debut for the US men’s team when he was selected to contest the FINA World League Super Final in 2013. Since that time, he has become an integral part of the squad, with appearances at both the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games, as well as three Pan Am Games gold medals (2015, 2019, 2023) and participation in five world championships (2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2024).
Alex was a three-time All-American at the University of the Pacific and was a member of the team that claimed the 2013 NCAA D1 title.
